Please  be aware of the Return Policy all sales are final. Should there be an issue with your order please notify us within 72 hours of receipt at www.karenkreativedesign@yahoo.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Send a email at: www.karenkreativedesign@yahoo.com and we will walk you through the next step.

Shipping Policy 

Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

 karenkreativedesign.shop is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to incorrect address. 

Please contact your local post office concerning any information about missing package. (In some cases orders are delayed due to holiday, USPS delays or COVID -19 related shipping service.)

  karenkreativedesign.shop is responsible for shipping the incorrect size or a damaged item, you will have 15 days to return that item. You will be responsible for any shipping fee  that may be associated with the return but will be refunded within 7-10 days from the time you ship the item back to us. No items will be exchanged  after the  15 days.

If the return is not due to karenkreativedesign.shop error, no shipping fee will be refunded.
